I'd like it if it included eggs.....its for mothers day (:What is the best breakfast quiche recipe???
My roommate makes a really good quick %26amp; easy one...although you can completely customize it of course.
1. Line the bottom of a 'greased' baking pan with torn-up slices of bread. (greased meaning using butter, non-stick spray or whatever method you like while cooking)
2. Mix together scrambled eggs, shredded cheese of your choice (mozarella makes it really fluffy we've noticed) %26amp; cooked meat of your choice such as sausage, ham, bacon, etc. You can also add onions, peppers or anything else you'd like in it....much like with an omelet.
3. Pour into pan over bread.
4. Bake in oven until done (at 425 I think) %26amp; enjoy.
Btw, she usually mixes everything up the night before, stores the egg mixture in a covered bowl in the fridge then puts it all together %26amp; bakes it the next day but I don't see why you can't just make it all the day of. =)What is the best breakfast quiche recipe???
