Any good quiche recipe?

My fiancee and I are having our engagement party tommorow. Most of the people are our family and friends. My fiancee told me that his mother absolutly loves quiche....I want to impress her with my cooking skills. Do you know of any good quiche recipes I could use to impress my future mother-in-law??Any good quiche recipe?
Go to allrecipes.com and type quiche into the search. That is an awesome recipe site! people rate the recipes and write reviews on them. I look at the recipes that have 5 stars and a lot of reviews, and I have always had really great results. Especially if you don't have the opportunity to try the recipe before serving it to guests, your safest bet is to use a highly rated recipe. Good luck! I hope you impress your future mother-in-law!Any good quiche recipe?

I am French, this is definitly the recipe. But just 2 details : instead of using bacon, use salted pork without the white fat, and you can also use double cream instead of cr猫me fraiche or heavy cream.

Very easy and fast to cook.
