Does anyone have a basic recipe for quiche?

HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE





4 eggs


1 can cheddar cheese soup


1/2 c. light cream


1 c. shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 c. diced cooked ham


1/2 c. cooked broccoli


1 9'; unbaked piecrust





In a medium bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add soup and cream; mix well. Sprinkle cheese, meat, and broccoli over unbaked piecrust. Follow with soup mixture.Does anyone have a basic recipe for quiche?

Magic Cheese and Bacon Quiche





3/4 cup plain flour


40 g butter, softened


4 eggs


2 cups milk


1 onion, diced


3 slices bacon, diced


1/2 cup natural bran


1/2 cup grated cheese


1 teaspoon mixed herbs





DIRECTIONS


Mix flour, butter, eggs and milk.


Add the rest of the ingredients.


Pour into a quiche flan dish that has been greased and bake for about 1 hour at 175 degrees celsius.


This will then turn out with a base and filling.

6 eggs


300ml cream


1 onion diced


4 rashes bacon diced


1 cup grated cheese


salt %26amp; pepper


Sliced tomato (for decorating top)





Mix everything together except tomato. Pour into quiche dish (sprayed with oil) Top with sliced tomato and bake 350F(180C) about 30-40 mins. You dont even need pastry, however if you did then line dish with shortcrust pastry.
