I want to make some miniature quiches for a party, but haven't found the recipe I like yet. Can anyone help me? I've looked through all the search engines I know, so an actual recipe would be most helpful. Thanks!Help with recipe for Mini Quiche?
It's really very easy. Either make or buy pie crust. If you buy it, get the kind that comes rolled or folded in the dairy section. Usually, it's Pillsbury brand. Cut out rounds of it and press them into a muffin tin, mini muffin tin if you want bite size appetizers. Then just use your favorite quiche recipe for normal size quiche and portion it out to fill the pie crust lined muffin cups 1/2-2/3 full and bake at 350 for about 10-20mins depending on muffin tin size.

ya i'd try sam's or BJ's...the Nancy's brand is so so delicious. They make really tasty mushroom turnovers too (my husband is addicted to those things) seriously, not worth the trouble making when you can get them and they taste so good.
