Quiche recipe?

I have eggs, ham, mushrooms, and fresh spinach. And a frozen crust. Any ideas about how to combine this into a quiche would be great.

This is the best free cooking E-book I've found, I'm sure you can find what you're looking for in it.
4 eggs, 1/2 c. heavy cream, and about 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper and nutmeg. In another bowl mix together about 2 c. shredded cheese with 3 tbsp. flour. Then mix together all your veggies and meat. Make sure they are cooked well, the extra water coming out of your veggies and meat will ruin the quiche. Prebake the crust. Mix all the cooled ingredients together and pour in the prebaked crust. Then bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.
look it up on the web
