You can use the regular Quiche recipe and just add the spinach leaves. I do that all the time. Or instead of bacon I use ham and cheddar cheese. Just tear the leaves and put them in the crust first. Use a lot because they shrink quite a bit.Looking For A Recipe For Quiche With Baby Spinach ?
